【猎头职位】温度传感器设计 欧美 常州
Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for design integrity of assigned temperature based industrial or automotive sensor product and process. Leads new product design and/or modification of existing products as project manager.
• Support the sales team in the field with technical sensor expertise. Interface with customers - provide conceptual design, samples and cost estimates.
• Provides necessary support in maintaining and/or enhancing existing products that encompasses product performance, functionality and reliability characteristics. Conforms to establish engineering practices.
• Provide application and conceptual support interface with global design team

Qualifications Required
• Min 5 years’ experience in mechanical design, Expertize in design CAD tools and high intelligence in 3D modeling, SolidWorks/ProE
• Min 3 years’ experience in temperature sensor design. Insight for temperature sensing principle and device technology
• Capable of leading new product initiative from concept design to mass production. Willing to drive cross-functional team to meet spec, quality and schedule requirement of customer
• Experienced in working with customers as main engineering interface. Strong communication skills to provide solid customer interface
• Deep design experience in automotive, white appliance, medical, HVAC or industrial verticals
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Oral and written English Language proficiency

Desired
• Temperature sensor related experience preferred
• Experience in sensor package development preferred
• Good communication skill with customer & cross functional team preferred
• Experience in leading new product initiative independently preferred
