首次通过率的局限性与注意事项

• 不能替代最终合格率：FPY关注“一次性通过”，但最终合格率（包括返工后合格）也很重要。
• 需结合其他指标：应与直通率（RTY）、报废率、返工率等指标结合分析，全面评估过程健康度。
• 避免数据造假：建立诚信文化，防止为追求高FPY而隐瞒缺陷或“放水”。
• 关注“隐藏工厂”：低FPY意味着存在大量的返工和浪费，这些是“隐藏的工厂”，消耗资源但不增值。

Cannot replace the final pass rate: FPY focuses on "one-time pass", but the final pass rate (including pass after rework) is also important.
Other indicators should be combined: it should be analyzed in conjunction with indicators such as pass through rate (RTY), scrap rate, rework rate, etc., to comprehensively evaluate the health of the process.
Avoid data fraud: Establish a culture of integrity to prevent concealing defects or "leaking" in pursuit of high FPY.
Pay attention to 'hidden factories': Low FPY means there is a lot of rework and waste, which are' hidden factories' that consume resources but do not add value.
