My turn first.
I am Xuedan Ma, english name is Danny. I am from Ningbo, and worked in American company as a QE.
To me, learning english is the same as qulity improvement, we should keep steps by steps, simple word is continue, just to keep existing then enhancing without any stopping!

斑竹有心了。俺争取每天来坚持。以前非常喜欢英语，由于种种原因，没有坚持下来，现在发现不学好英语，很难实现自己的理想，所以决定坚持学习，每天进步一点点！希望可以得道诸位的指点。3Q
