一个员工,‍‍他只能对一个领导负责,‍‍如果有两个领导‍‍受命于他,‍‍到底该听命于哪个领导?‍‍哪个优先级更高?‍‍两个领导的工作安排互相矛盾怎么办?久而久之基层员工‍‍不知道听命于谁,‍‍造成工作混乱

An employee can only be responsible to one leader. If there are two leaders under his command, which leader should he obey? Which priority is higher? What should we do if the work arrangements of the two leaders contradict each other? Over time, grassroots employees do not know who to obey, resulting in work chaos

领导进行越级管理时,‍‍基层员工知道工作,但是‍‍基层员工的上级领导并不知情;使得主管领导与下级之间信息不对称,在彼此的沟通往复过程中,‍‍造成工作的‍‍效率低下

越级管理造成下属领导自尊受到伤害,认为领导不信任自己或能力不足,久而久之会丧失积极性,也会让下属领导的员工认为该上级没有权威性
