实验室6S管理 Laboratory 6S Management

实验室6S管理 是在传统“5S”(源自日本)基础上发展而来的现场管理方法,特别增加了 “安全(Safety)” 作为第六个S,形成 “6S”
它广泛应用于科研、检测、医药、化工等各类实验室,旨在提升工作效率、保障人员安全、确保数据准确、维护设备稳定

6S 是六个以 “S” 开头的日文罗马拼音首字母,中文对应为:

中文
核心含义

1. 整理(Seiri)
区分必需与非必需,清除无用物品
腾出空间,防止误用

2. 整顿(Seiton)
必需品定置定位,标识清晰
提高取用效率,减少浪费

3. 清扫(Seiso)
环境与设备清洁,无污渍灰尘
维护良好状态,及时发现异常

4. 清洁(Seiketsu)
制度化、标准化,保持前3S成果

6S is the first letter of six Japanese Romanization letters starting with "S", corresponding to:

English and Chinese core meanings
1. Organize (Seiri) to distinguish between essential and non essential items, clear out useless items to make space, and prevent misuse
2. Rectify the positioning and clear labeling of essential items in Seiton to improve retrieval efficiency and reduce waste
3. Clean the environment and equipment, maintain good condition without stains or dust, and promptly detect any abnormalities
