安全管理是企业管理的重要组成部分，安全管理的对象是生产中的一切人、物、环境状态等的动态管理。如何抓好安全管理工作，我认为应该从以下几个方面进行：  

Safety management is an important part of enterprise management. The object of safety management is the dynamic management of all people, objects and environmental conditions in production. How to do a good job in safety management, I think, should be carried out from the following aspects:

一、抓好“人”的管理工作

Do a good job in the management of "people"

1、首要工作是建立完善的制度

制度是一种约束力很强的法制规定，是和法规、规定、规范、标准、决定等有着同等的效力，在安全上显得更为重要，是保证安全生产的一项强制措施。

安全与生产活动密不可分。只要存在生产活动，就存在安全隐患，换言之，安全是存在于生产活动之中的。在生产活动中涉及安全的因素很多，主要有：人的不安全行为、设备的不安全状态、材料的各项性能、错误的作业方法、现场作业的环境条件等。然而，在这些诸多因素中，人作为生产活动的主体，对生产活动过程起着关键的主导作用。所以，对生产活动过程中人的作业行为进行细致的规范和管理，必然是一项最为有效的措施，这就需要建立一套完整的制度及规程，在生产中让制度规范现场的实际作业行为。这是做好安全工作的首要前提，没有规矩不成方圆嘛。

1. The first task is to establish a sound system

System is a kind of legal regulation with strong binding force, which has the same effect with laws, regulations, norms, standards, decisions, etc., and is more important in safety. It is a compulsory measure to ensure safe production.

Safety and production activities are inseparable. As long as there are production activities, there are potential safety hazards. In other words, safety exists in production activities. There are many factors related to safety in production activities, mainly including unsafe behaviors of people, unsafe status of equipment, various properties of materials, wrong operation methods, environmental conditions of on-site operations, etc. However, among these factors, human, as the main body of production activities, plays a key leading role in the process of production activities. Therefore, it is a most effective measure to carefully regulate and manage the operation behavior of people in the production process, which requires the establishment of a complete set of systems and procedures, so that the system can regulate the actual operation behavior on the site during production. This is the first prerequisite for doing a good job in safety. Without rules, there is no square.

2、加强管理，提高员工工作责任心

Strengthen management and improve employees' sense of responsibility

3、加强培训工作，提高员工技术水平

Strengthen training and improve staff's technical level

4、普及教育是基础

Universal education is the foundation

5、加强监督，严格执行规章制度

Strengthen supervision and strictly implement rules and regulations

6、细节是关键

Details are the key

所以，我们要牢固树立“一百减一等于零”的安全观念，在一百项工作中，即使九十九项工作做好了，只要有一项没有完全做好，都有可能造成整个的失败。从大处着眼，从小处着手，用铁一般的规程去做好安全预防工作，是保证我们事业成功的关键所在。

Therefore, we should firmly establish the safety concept of "one hundred minus one equals zero". Even if 99 of the 100 jobs are done well, as long as one is not done well, the whole failure may be caused. It is the key to ensure the success of our cause to focus on the big picture and start from the small.
