1.为了适应变化的环境，组织需要具备应变的能力。本条款的要求，意在为组织提供一种理解组织及其环境并证实其相关信息得到监视和评审的方法，
即：确定与其宗旨和战略方向相关并影响其质量管理体系实现预期结果能力的外部和内部因素，并意识到这些内外部因素可能是不断变化的，因此，应定期对其进行监视和评审。
