敏捷的特点是小即是美,主要体现在人、事情和时间三个方面。
团队拆分为小规模和跨职能的小团队;
事情拆分为一系列小而具体的交付物;
时间拆分为固定大小的短周期,在多个时间点做检查,可以有效地管理风险。

执行可视化
团队大了,任务在执行的过程中,最大的问题是:你看不到问题。
在进展汇报和日常跟进中,一定要用图表和数据将执行情况可视化。
可以利用一些数据图表工具或者项目管理工具快速生成可视化图表。可以节省时间、防止出错、方便协作

及时反馈
一定时间内给员工一个反馈,错误的和正确的都要及时反馈。
员工出现失误,要及时给予批评和指正,而不是到年终了才告诉员工表现得不好,这样对结果没有帮助。
及时又正确的反馈是对员工工作的肯定,也会激发员工的积极性,还会对员工将来的工作指明方向

Timely feedback

复盘优化
任正非曾经说过:“一个企业最大的浪费就是经验的浪费。复盘不是追责会,追责解决不了问题”。复盘重要的是改善优化和能力复用。
丰田管理法的核心之一就是:改善。通过复盘发现问题,改善问题,优化流程,总结经验。

复盘还可以将员工个人的经验转化为组织的能力,实现经验复用,能力复制

Review optimization

Ren Zhengfei once said, "The biggest waste of a company is the waste of experience. Review is not a accountability meeting, accountability cannot solve problems.". Reviewing is important for improving optimization and reusing capabilities.



One of the core principles of Toyota's management law is improvement. Identify problems through review, improve them, optimize processes, and summarize experiences.





Review can also transform individual employee experiences into organizational capabilities, achieving experience reuse and ability replication
