来料检验:

IQC负责来料检验:


主要依据样品、产品规格书、作业指导书、图纸等资料,使用专业的检验仪器/工具,


按抽样方案、允收水准,对产品外观、尺寸、性能、可靠性等项目进行检验

Incoming inspection:



IQC is responsible for incoming material inspection:



Mainly based on samples, product specifications, work instructions, drawings, and other materials, professional inspection instruments/tools are used,



Inspect the appearance, size, performance, reliability, and other items of the product according to the sampling plan and acceptance level

过程检验:

分IPQC(首巡检)、QC(产品外观、功能检验)、QA(产线产品全方面抽检)、OQC(产品出货前全方面抽检),


以上通常按工序、线别、检验项目等进行分工

可靠性测试:

对产品按比例/频率送实验室进行各项检测,


有内部检验、国检、第三方检测等,检验项目通常有高低温保存/运行、振动、盐雾、拉拔力、寿命、路试、静电等

Reliability testing:



Send the products to the laboratory for various tests in proportion/frequency,



There are internal inspections, national inspections, third-party inspections, etc. The inspection items usually include high and low temperature storage/operation, vibration, salt spray, drawing force, service life, road testing, static electricity, etc

售后部:

通常有内部客诉与外部客诉,


内部客诉是指内部各工序、各模块相互间的问题反馈处理,


外部客诉主要是针对客户(采购商或终端客户消费者),所反馈的问题进行分析,查找原因,制订改善对策,产品处置方案,通常需要回复8D报告

Internal customer complaint refers to the feedback and handling of issues between internal processes and modules,



External customer complaints mainly focus on analyzing the problems feedback from customers (purchasers or end customers), identifying the causes, formulating improvement measures, and product disposal plans. Usually, an 8D report needs to be replied to
