质量文化管理是指在组织内部建立一种重视质量、追求卓越的文化氛围,通过全员参与和持续改进的方式,确保产品和服务的质量满足或超越顾客期望。


这种文化不仅限于生产部门,而是贯穿于企业的每一个环节,包括设计、采购、制造、销售以及售后服务等.



Quality culture management refers to establishing a cultural atmosphere within an organization that values quality and pursues excellence, ensuring that the quality of products and services meets or exceeds customer expectations through full participation and continuous improvement.This culture is not limited to the production department, but runs through every aspect of the enterprise, including design, procurement, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service
