六西格玛(6σ,Six Sigma)是一种旨在通过严格的统计方法来改进业务流程、减少变异和缺陷率的质量管理策略。


它由摩托罗拉公司在1980年代中期开发,并在随后的几十年中被广泛应用于制造业、服务业等多个领域。


六西格玛的目标是使过程中的缺陷率降低到每百万机会中仅有3.4个缺陷(DPMO, Defects Per Million Opportunities),从而实现接近完美的产品质量和服务水平。

Six Sigma is a quality management strategy aimed at improving business processes, reducing variability and defect rates through rigorous statistical methods. It was developed by Motorola in the mid-1980s and widely used in various fields such as manufacturing and services in the following decades. The goal of Six Sigma is to reduce the defect rate in the process to only 3.4 Defects Per Million Opportunities (DPMO), thereby achieving near perfect product quality and service levels.

DMAIC 方法论
DMAIC 是实施六西格玛项目时最常用的一种结构化问题解决方法,适用于现有流程的优化:
  • 定义(Define)
    • 明确项目目标及客户需求。
    • 确定项目范围、团队成员及其职责。
  • 测量(Measure)
    • 收集当前流程的数据。
    • 确认测量系统的准确性。
    • 了解当前性能水平。
  • 分析(Analyze)
    • 使用统计工具识别造成问题的根本原因。
    • 分析不同变量之间的关系。
  • 改进(Improve)
    • 开发并测试解决方案以消除根本原因。

DMAIC Methodology
DMAIC is the most commonly used structured problem-solving method for implementing Six Sigma projects, suitable for optimizing existing processes

Define
Clearly define project objectives and customer needs.
Determine the project scope, team members, and their responsibilities.
Measure
Collect data on the current process.
Confirm the accuracy of the measurement system.
Understand the current performance level.
Analyze
Use statistical tools to identify the root cause of the problem.
Analyze the relationship between different variables.
Improve
Develop and test solutions to eliminate root causes.
Implement best practices and optimize processes.
Control (Control)
Establish a long-term monitoring mechanism to maintain improvement results.
Update documents and training materials to ensure compliance with new processes

  • 鱼骨图(因果图):帮助识别导致问题的所有可能原因。
  • 帕累托图(Pareto Chart):用于区分最重要的少数因素与不重要的多数因素。
