  • 建立跨部门质量会议机制:定期回顾质量问题,共享信息。
  • 推行“质量是每个人的责任”文化:从总经理到一线员工,都应具备质量意识。
  • 投资于预防而非检验:加强设计验证、供应商管理、过程能力研究(CPK)。
  • 使用信息化系统(如QMS、MES):实现问题追溯、数据分析和闭环管理。

Establish a cross departmental quality meeting mechanism: regularly review quality issues and share information.
Promote the culture of 'quality is everyone's responsibility': from the general manager to frontline employees, everyone should have a sense of quality.
Invest in prevention rather than inspection: strengthen design validation, supplier management, and process capability research (CPK).
Using information systems such as QMS and MES to achieve problem tracing, data analysis, and closed-loop management.

当产品出问题时,不要问“是哪个部门的问题?”,而要问“我们的系统哪里出了漏洞?”。只有用系统性思维追根溯源,才能真正解决问题,防止重复发生。

When a product has a problem, don't ask 'Which department is the problem?', but ask 'Where did our system have a vulnerability?'. Only by using systematic thinking to trace the root cause can problems be truly solved and prevent recurrence.
