阶段4:赋能与发展(Empower & Develop)

优秀不是终点,而是新起点:

  • 赋予更大责任:担任质量大使、内部审核员、导师
  • 定制成长路径:提供GMP专家、QA经理等职业通道
  • 参与决策:邀请其加入质量委员会,参与流程优化讨论
  • 持续反馈:定期沟通,了解其发展诉求与挑战

🎯 目标:让优秀者更优秀,并带动团队整体提升

Stage 4: Empower&Develop
Excellence is not the end, but a new starting point:

Assign greater responsibility: serve as a quality ambassador, internal auditor, mentor
Customized growth path: providing professional channels such as GMP experts and QA managers
Participate in decision-making: Invite them to join the Quality Committee and participate in process optimization discussions
Continuous feedback: Regular communication to understand their development needs and challenges
🎯  Goal: To make outstanding individuals better and drive the overall improvement of the team

阶段5:文化沉淀与复制(Embed & Scale)
将优秀个人的工作方法标准化(如:“XX的偏差分析五步法”)
组织经验分享会或微课录制,实现知识传承
将其行为纳入岗位胜任力模型,作为招聘/晋升参考
推动“人人争当质量榜样”的氛围

Stage 5: Cultural Accumulation and Reproduction (Embed&Scale)
Standardize the work methods of outstanding individuals (such as "XX's Five Step Deviation Analysis Method")
Organize experience sharing sessions or micro lesson recordings to achieve knowledge inheritance
Incorporate their behavior into the job competency model as a reference for recruitment/promotion
Promote an atmosphere of 'everyone striving to be a quality role model'
