Quality Assurance Engineer                   学历：本科专业：机械制造工艺与设备工作经验：两年以上年龄要求：20岁--35岁工作地点：苏州工业园区
任职要求：1.       University degree in mechanical engineering or related.
2.       Minimum 2 years’ experience on mechanical related manufacturing environment.
3.       Well experience in quality management system, supplier quality management and field claim handling etc.
4.       Knowledge of Quality Management, industrial standards, mechanical drawing etc.
5.       Good practice on inspection, using measuring tooling and experience in calibration management.
6.       Good in English (speaking, reading and writing).
7.       Able to work hands-on to solve technical problems.
8.       Well operation in computer, e.g. office software, SAP or similar.
9.       Be flexible and positive to cooperate with other colleagues.
职位职责：1.       Supplier quality management and continuous improvement, including technical supporting, first sample development, claim handling, supplier audit and evaluation etc.
2.       Maintain management system and conduct internal audit, e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001 etc.
3.       Handling of field claims, and takes corrective and preventive actions etc.
4.       Inspect and confirm the components and machines meet related quality standards.
5.       Conduct incoming inspection of machine parts and FAI verification.
6.       Conduct checks and performance tests of equipment, support optimize checklist and improve assembly quality of filler.
7.       Maintain and improve quality management system，including calibration management of measuring device.
8.       Documentations of check lists and other records.
9.       Perform other tasks given by superior.
10.       Participate on training courses and company activities.
备注：This position is belong to GA Suzhou plant.
