[ISO9001] 质量体系工程师应该具备的素养

绝大多数制造企业都在引领质量管理体系,尤其现今各行各业竞争剧烈的情况下,很多企业都提出了质量取胜、以质量吸引客户,以质量为中心打造核心竞争力。
在企业质量管理体系的运行中,质量体系工程师是必不可少的。领导层提出体系建设战略方向,具体实际执行工作还需要体系工程师的推进和督促。体系工程师的工作如果没有做到实处,那么体系的推进可能就比较失效,那么一名优秀的的质量体系工程师应该具备哪些素养呢?

第一、自身的质量理论知识丰富
在企业的实际工作中,可能除了质量部门对质量体系的理解要深刻一些。其他的职能部门对体系的理解可能较为偏面,仅仅关心了涉及他们的东西。而体系工程师也不一样,在实际工作中需要能够独立开展体系工作,并且能够给予他人帮助与指导。体系工程师自身对ISO 9001、IATF16949、质量五大工具、过程方法等质量理论的理解,在很大程度上决定了能否将质量体系工作干好!

第二、掌握体系运行有效性的检测方法
有很多人偏面地认为,体系运行的有效性就是文件受控,只要下发的文件上有个编号、有个受控章,文件就是有效的,这是一种错误的认识。用一句话来概括体系运行的有效性:怎么说的就怎么写,怎么写的就怎么做,说写做的一致性。体系工程师需要组织体系文件审核和过程审核,文件审核主要的目的就是查看文件是否是最新版本、文件有无缺失,过程审核的目的就在于看说写做的一致性。

第三、三方审核、管理评审、体系内审
这三项工作是体系工程师每年需要重点关注的大事件,必须全力以赴地做好。
三方审核是指第三方认证机构(如莱茵、SGS)对公司体系的运行进行符合性审核,这也是质量体系标准的明确要求。
管理评审,lead这个事情的通常会是管理者代表或者质量经理,但实际的资料汇总整理都是由体系工程师来进行的,管理评审需要涉及的方面都需要清楚,知道各个部门需要输出的关键点,这样才能充分的准备
系内审,其实也算是三方审核前的预演练,要做到实处,发现问题,然后解决问题,千万不能为了内审而内审,这样做只会将自己的水平禁锢不前

The management review needs to be clear about the aspects involved, and know the key points that each department needs to output. , so as to be fully prepared.
The internal audit of the system is actually a pre-rehearsal before the tripartite audit. To be practical, find problems, and then solve them. Never conduct internal audits for the sake of internal audits. Doing so will only imprison your own level.

首先,要对标准有充分的理解。能摸清楚哪些是必要的要求,那些只是改善建议。企业的资源是有限的。如果脱离实际的执行高标准高要求,企业将不堪重负。面对外部机构审核或者客户审核时提出意见和建议时,增加一些管理流程或者管理类的文件记录时最容易被认可的纠正措施。如果一味的听取意见和建议,没有自己的权衡,那就像贴膏药一样,越贴越多,最终整个管理体系将变得臃肿,运作效率低下。这个时候体系工程师的专业度就显得尤为重要。对于必须要满足的要求,虚心接受并改进,如果非必要,可以根据企业的现状选择接受或拒绝。避免增加不必要的流程和运行文件增加企业的符合,降低企业的运作效率。
其实,要有必要的沟通协调能力。不管再哪个跨部门协同工作都是痛点。尤其是再一些考核比较严格的公司里面,多做多错,都恨不得自己部门少做一点事情。一碰到管理流程的调整优化,部门之前都会有冲突。因此体系工程师必须要有较强的沟通协调能力,说服相关的部门领导配合协作,这样才能保证体系运作流畅。
第三,强大的自信。不自信没人听你的。
第四,坚强的意志。工作推动总有不顺利的时候,体系工程师的涉及面非常广,每天碰到的糟心事比绝大部门的岗位都要多。保持坚强的意志才能视荆棘如坦途。


没有比人更高的山,没有比脚更长的路。体系工作的开展就是持之以恒的过程,即便暂时碰到了困难,也要坚持往好的方向推进,等到体系正常运转起来,工作就轻松了。

时间有限,还有很多方面的没有提到,比如说计划能力,哪些部门什么时候该做什么事。比如说时间管理能力等等。
