第一,选对人
“物以类聚,人以群分”,如果一个领导者没有具备一定的胸怀,没有一定的人格魅力,那就很难在他身边聚集一些优秀的人才。

如果很多人都是为了钱而来,那么,这个集体根本不配称为团队,只能成为乌合之众。

领导具备了这个基础,就可以选择选择专业的人才,优秀的人才,德才兼备的人才。

且了解一个人是需要时间的,那就需要领导不断的优胜劣汰,来打造一个相对优秀的团队。

很多企业的企业文化,和一个企业领导的性格有很大的关系,因为企业文化在执行过程中,很大程度上都会受到企业领导性格的左右。

所以,对一个员工来说,遇到一个好领导,也是一件幸运的事情,甚至会影响到自己今后的发展和成长。

第二,做好事,做正确的事。

这就需要领导者在宏观上把握好企业的发展和方向,制定企业发展的中长期目标,做好每一个判断和决策,带领大家不断的取得成绩,从一个胜利走向另一个胜利。

能够让大家都能看到每个人的近期目标和长期发展目标以及每个人在这个发展过程中所承担的角色。

从这个角度来说,每个员工都是人才,关键是老板是否把他放对了位置和职位。

做好事,还要学会授权,并制定科学合理的管理制度和监控机制,来保证企业整体正常运作和发展。

因为每个人的个人能力是有限的,不可能事事都亲身躬行。

所以,必须一套非常科学合理且人性化的制度和监控机制,来管理和监控工作的进展,也来保证团队中多劳多得,少劳少得,不劳不得。

关于这一点,很多领导会担心一个问题:如果我有很厉害的下属,他会不会顶替了我的位置?

其实,每个领导的成功和晋升,都是建立在下属成功的基础上的,也只有培养了一批优秀的下属,才会让你的领导看到你的付出,看到你的成绩;

第三,分好钱

如果一个领导不能很好的平衡大家的利益,不能体现出奖励先进;
警示落后,那就很难打造一个成功的团队,很难作出大的成绩。
作为一个成功的领导,这就需要建立好科学合理的激励机制,并带头执行下去。
这也是很多优秀员工愿意留下来奋斗的一个前提条件。
“重赏之下必有勇夫”,说得也是这个道理。


因此,作为一个成功的领导,一定要想到:成绩,是大家一起努力所取得的,功劳当然也要公平分配。

要给你的下属和员工一种安全感,给你的下属和员工一个目标:跟随你工作,是有前途的,是有奔头的。
聪明的领导,还会运用“财散人聚、财聚人散”的理念,把成绩和利益略多的归功于下属,这样,下属就会非常忠诚的跟随领导,更具有凝聚力和战斗力,更容易取得成绩和成功;
