常见QC分类及职责

1、 IQC来料检验

1）公司所有原材料检验，公司所有外协件进厂检验。

2）妥善处理不良品和报废品。

3）负责来料异常的汇报，联络及初步确认。

4）整理和保存样板、工艺图纸、各种资料、工作物品。

5）跟踪来料异常联络的回复及跟踪来料品质不良状况。

6）供应商的协助管理。

7）汇总月度、季度、年度的品质状况，公司所有原材料检验。

8）对原材料、外协件的检验方法标准提出意见和建议。

9）仓储原材料、外协件的品质盘点工作。

10）填写相应记录，上报相关部门，执行上司交待的工作任务。

Common QC classification and responsibilities

1. IQC incoming material inspection

1) All raw materials of the company are inspected, and all outsourced parts of the company are inspected at the factory.

2) Properly handle defective products and scrapped products.

3) Be responsible for reporting, contacting and preliminarily confirming the abnormalities of incoming materials.

4) Sort out and save samples, process drawings, various materials and work items.

5) Follow up the reply of abnormal contact of incoming materials and the poor quality of incoming materials.

6) Supplier assistance management.

7) Summarize monthly, quarterly and annual quality status, and inspect all raw materials of the company.

8) Put forward opinions and suggestions on the inspection methods and standards of raw materials and outsourced parts.

9) Inventory the quality of raw materials and outsourced parts.

10) Fill in the corresponding records, report to the relevant departments, and perform the work tasks assigned by the superiors.
