计划形成与指标设定
计划制定的过程也包括分解的过程,就是将形成的计划从公司层向部门层,再到班组和各岗位进行转化分解,直至每个人都知道工作目标为止,并关注考核指标的设定。计划形成的核心就是围绕确定的目标进行具体任务、责任人、时间、地点、结果要求等紧急重要顺序的安排。
在制定计划的过程中,要注意实现目标的关键考核指标的设定,并逐层级地将指标分解到员工头上。计划分解的核心就是分工,其分解的手段包括下命令、公文及会议。
召开计划分解会议的目的就是让每位员工清楚地知道每天要干多少活、多少工作量,每个人围绕工作目标每天创造了多少价值,因而计划分解会议的召开并落实执行下去太重要!

管理者在日常管理过程中,实施检查与督导,实际上包括了管理者在一线的现场指导、日常培训与训练、沟通、协调、激励、绩效面谈等诸多工作的开展,其本质实际上要求上级领导要与下属适时互动,第一时间将资源下发给下属,以便目标能够得以有效实现。
