定岗

根据成员的工作经历、操作技能、理论知识、反应能力、工序复杂性等将生产团队的成员合理分配到适宜的岗位上,同时防止出现人员串岗的情况出现,以实现人尽其才、人尽其能,确保质量、安全和生产线均衡,最终形成《现场人员定岗一览表》。

生产团队队伍庞大,人员复杂,素质不齐,所以作为生产管理者要结合生产实际情况,不定期对团队成员进行各方面的理论知识培训,包括工艺知识、操作知识、产品知识、质量意识、安全意识、规章制度、工作纪律、团队意识、问题意识等等,以持续提升生产团队的知识技能与操作技能,最终形成《现场人员培训管理方案》。
