This report is usually completed as part of the management review process. The responsibility of coordinating and organizing reports can be assigned to one person, and the reporting responsibility for each process of the quality management system can be assigned to others.
Ensure that customer focus is promoted throughout the organization. This responsibility is usually assigned to the person responsible for communicating with customers and ensuring that any issues are resolved, usually from the customer service department or quality department.
To ensure the integrity of the quality management system when planning and implementing changes, fully consider the potential impact of the changes in order to maintain the integrity of the quality management system. The quality management system is a complete system in which elements interact. When planning and implementing changes to a certain element, the necessity of other element changes related to that element should be considered.
Changes to the quality management system, such as:
Implementation of new ERP (Enterprise resource planning) system;
The decision to outsource the design and development process;
Growth and development driven by new market opportunities;
Organizational restructuring;
Merger or acquisition.
This responsibility is usually assigned to those responsible for ensuring that the entire quality management system is maintained, as well as those who have the ability to ensure that changes are not planned without considering their potential impact.
