质量标准很重要，没有标准，质量人员“无法可依”，容易导致冤假错案

• 1.项目经理或供应链经常要求提供一份验收标准，去开发供应商
• 2.产品需求和用户体验，需要转化为明确的标准，以验证设计开发符合要求
• 3.生产过程中，制造及QC人员需要质量标准进行生产和验收
• 4.客户验收时候，需要质量标准避免扯皮

质量标准应该由谁定？

产品是各技术栈的智慧合力形成的，那么产品质量应该也由各技术栈合力形成

有些公司研发能力强，研发部作为立法机关定义了质量标准，质量部作为检察院监督生产是否“违法”；有些公司则是质量部主导来定，或者直接由客户提供

我认为，由谁来定都无所谓

但是应该经过内部的正式评审，各方统一标准；

质量人员也应该根据用户体验、强制要求等提出补充意见
