部门相互推脱责任
尽管企业销售人员能够成功完成业绩,但生产线上的工人却没有办法如期交货,而车间管理人员则抱怨采购部门没有及时供应生产所需要的原料。
管理层整天忙碌着各部门的监督工作,可是无法定责哪个部门出了问题

采购信息不透明
生产部门拿着生产指令表去领料,然而仓库却发现没有此料;仓库人员一问三不知,让采购继续购买此物料......
仓库物料饱和,不仅造成积压,也让企业资金周转缓慢

质量状况不清晰
在生产过程中,对每条产线的直通率没有明确的数值,不知道哪个产线哪个工序的问题最严重,都是什么问题,物料的不良率有多高。很多时候,只有生产时才发现物料的异常,却不知道如何追溯物料信息。
遇到这样的问题,企业的决策者管理者都非常棘手,无法及时了解到物料及产品的质量状况,造成不必要的浪费和损失

Unclear quality status

数据难管理
生产员或采购员每个月要把各种数据录入到EXCEL中,便于统计,这种打字工作相当费时,有时候加班到很晚才能把各数据统计进EXCEL中,还要担心数据出错的问题。
以上问题,都可能是企业经营中会遇到的常态问题,原因无他,只因缺乏一套完整的全面质量管理系统。但是,很多人疑问,这种系统究竟能给企业带来什么

精益生产的需要
生产制造过程中,生产状态时刻在改变,手工管理必然存在滞后性。这无法及时处理现场中的突发状况

所以企业根据需要可以引进软件管理
