标识与隔离

1.发现不合格品或不合格批时，应立即按规定作出明确的标识；

2.来料不合格品（批）由仓库隔离存放，并通知采购作退货处理,并填写《退

货单》。

3.过程中不合格的由生产部（责任车间）负责隔离存放；

4.报废的在制品，暂存生产现场的不合格品区内，并由生产申请报废，填写《报废申请单》，经品管会签,总经理批准后，安排人员处理

4. Scrapped work in progress shall be temporarily stored in the non-conforming product area of the production site, and the production shall apply for scrapping. The Scrap Application Form shall be filled out, signed by the quality control department, and approved by the general manager before personnel are arranged to handle it

评审

1.明显的报废或经返工可以达到规定要求的，由授权的检验派出机构（如品质部、试验室）的负责人评定。

2.产品的返修、让步或降级等，只有经过不合格评审以后，才可视具体情况决定

Review

1. Obvious scrapping or rework that can meet the specified requirements shall be evaluated by the person in charge of an authorized inspection agency (such as the quality department or laboratory).

2. The repair, concession, or degradation of products can only be determined based on specific circumstances after passing the non conformance review

处置

1.返工/返修。要求工程部制定工艺流程，经采取返工/返修措施的产品，一律重新检验，达到相应要求方可放行；

2.让步（特采接收）：经评审决定让步的产品必须通过出厂测试和试验。凡未达到出厂要求或顾客可能受到损失时，应实事求是通知顾客，取得顾客书面谅解后，方可出货；

3.降级：经评审降级的产品，应明确按降级后的产品要求标识、存放、出货；

4.不合格品的处置造成的损失，应如实予以记录，并通知相关部门不允许对不合格“私了

Disposition



1. Rework/repair. Require the engineering department to develop a process flow. Products that have undergone rework/repair measures must be re inspected and must meet the corresponding requirements before they can be released;



2. Concession (special acceptance): Products that have been approved for concession must pass factory testing and testing. When the factory requirements are not met or customers may suffer losses, customers should be informed truthfully, and only after obtaining written understanding from customers can the goods be shipped;



3. Downgrading: Products that have been downgraded after review should be clearly labeled, stored, and shipped according to the requirements of the downgraded product;



4. The losses caused by the disposal of non-conforming products should be truthfully recorded, and relevant departments should be notified not to privately dispose of non-conforming products
