交易思维
1.企业的存在就是为了追求经济效益,追求利益最大化。
2.作为在职场奋斗的每一位员工来说,事实上也是物质的追逐者:你给我多大权力、多少利益、多少人力,我就给你办多大事。
3.在职场中的领导,赔本的事情一般不做,除非有更大的诱因

Trading mindset

1. The existence of enterprises is to pursue economic benefits and maximize profits.

前瞻思维
1.前瞻思维也叫预见性思维,这种思维的特性就是能够通过普通的细节,准确地预见到未来将要发生的事件。
2.会管理的人,通常就是通过员工的一些细节,察知员工的思想动态,并进行行为动态的预见性判断。
3.读万卷书,不如行万里路;行万里路,不如阅人无数!这句话说的就是这个理,见多识广便是如此。
4.前瞻思维,对风险类的东西,先天就有一种预感,当危险来临之前,事实上他就已经采取行动了

Forward thinking

1. Forward thinking, also known as predictive thinking, is characterized by the ability to accurately anticipate future events through ordinary details.



People who can manage usually observe the ideological dynamics of employees through their details and make predictive judgments on their behavior dynamics.

问题思维
1.我们上学时,是不是经常向大人提出各种各样的问题,有的问题现在想起来都觉好笑。
2.要当一名好领导,就要学会问问题,甚至可以说不会提问题的领导不是好领导,更带不出一个优秀的团队。凡事都要问个为什么,直到把事情弄明白为止。
3.领导向员工提问,最大的好处就是锻炼他们的反应能力,理清解决问题的思路,提高解决问题的能力,同时,我们自己也知道了他的整个思路

人性思维
1.所谓人性思维,就是站在人性化管理的角度,充分地进行换位思考,多想想你该为员工做点什么?
2.员工做得好、做得不好、做得不好不坏,员工犯错了,业绩时好时坏……这些时候,你更应该想明白,你该以人性化管理的方式做点什么?
3.当然,按照企业的制度该奖就奖、该罚就罚,但奖罚完了呢?事情并没到此结束,你还要及时补上人性思维这一课

4.这就是人的使命!
5.作为团队,必须实现优胜劣汰、奖优罚劣,利用“能者上、平者让、庸者下”的淘汰机制,团队战斗力才能迸发出来
