常见冷库温湿度要求

1、高温库（恒温库）

温度标准：5～15℃，适合存放红酒、巧克力、药品、种子等；

2、中温库（冷藏库）

温度标准：5～-5℃，适合存放冻结后食品的冷藏；

3、低温库（冷冻库）

温度标准：-18～-25℃，适合存放猪牛羊肉、鱼、禽肉，疫苗；

4、超低温库（深冷库）

温度标准：-45～-60℃，适合存放水饺、速冻食品、快速冰冻；

5、速冻库（急冻库）
