问题分析
  • 现场检查:观察实际情况,确认问题发生的环节。
  • 数据分析:使用统计工具(如Pareto图、鱼骨图、5WHY等)分析根本原因。
  • 资料审查:检查生产工艺、原材料、设备状态等相关资料.
