质量活动责任人描述
制定质量计划质量经理明确项目的目标、范围、时间表、预算等。
进行风险评估质量工程师使用FMEA等工具识别潜在的风险点。
执行日常检查检验员按照规定的时间间隔对产品进行检查。
处理客户投诉客户服务代表快速响应并解决问题,防止问题再次发生。
分析数据趋势质量工程师使用SPC等工具分析数据,找出改进方向。

Develop a quality plan. The quality manager clarifies the project's objectives, scope, timeline, budget, etc.
