The core of management can be summarized as: effectively achieving organizational goals through coordination and integration of resources.It is not just about "managing people" or "giving orders", but a systematic set of thinking, principles, and practices

核心内容
管理者角色

1. 计划(Planning)
设定目标,制定战略,规划行动路径和资源配置。
远见者:明确“我们要去哪里?”

2. 组织(Organizing)
设计组织结构,分配任务,配置人力、财务、物资等资源。
架构师:搭建“如何到达那里”的框架。

3. 领导(Leading)
激励员工,沟通愿景,解决冲突,营造积极文化,推动团队协作。
激励者:激发“大家愿意一起走”。

4. 控制(Controlling)
监控进展,衡量绩效,识别偏差,采取纠正措施,确保目标实现。
监督者:检查“我们是否在正确的路上?”

✅ 这四大职能构成一个闭环的PDCA循环(计划-执行-检查-改进),是管理活动的基石
