I do not agree with you

Today, let me list a few sentences that express disagreeing tones with various degrees of severity, the last being the most courteous and diplomatic:

* I do not agree with you.

* I do not think that I can agree with you.

* I do not think that my view agrees with yours.

* I have a little reservation over your view.

* Allow me to hold a little reservation over your view.

Almost without exceptions, I would choose to use the last over the first at any time of communica-
tions. Partly, my reason is: if there is an action, there is a reaction. The more powerful the action is, the more powerful the reaction will become correspondingly.

When we object to others' views vehemently, others are bound to react the same back to us, even though
our views can be as true as "the sun rises from the east".

I am offering free English composition courses on line. If you are interested, you may send your essays to me or post it on this forum, and I will polish it for you. The refinement is limited to the following:
1. Use the original author's words;
2. The meaning remains the same;
3. Keep the essays within 100 words ( I don't have enough time for lengthy ones, my apology).

Remember: most unimpressive writings are caused by poor word sequences, and incorrect grammar.
