职位描述:

ENGINEERING LABS ESTABLISHED IN CHANGZHOU: WIN IN CHINA!
We are setting up the Design Centers of sensor products and electrical protection products in Sensata Technologies Changzhou plant to be closer to the customers of China and closer to our manufacturing in order to help with quality of products and speed of delivery to the customers. As part of capable R&D centers in China, we are able to provide prompt and best support for China market. We are looking for talented engineers and technicians who can develop world-class products to meet the needs of our customers.
POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be mainly responsible for sensor products to deal with China customer quality issues, support NPD and CM project as QA, and deal with other customer requirement which was related to quality. Work individually, have good sense and judgment to deal with customer quality issues. Coordinating with make site to complete 8D report and response to customer. Working with global make site team to complete the PPAP in NPD and CM project. Strong communication skill is needed and excellent experience in failure analysis and process quality control is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITY
1) Creates a customer satisfaction plan and strategy.
2) Responses for customer issues and quality improvement.
3) Prepares FA (Failure Analysis) report for customer returns.
4) Coordinates team to ensure on time delivery of FA report to customer.
5) Coordinates with Make site to complete 8D report (MAKE team does 8D report).
6) Uses Track Wise system to manage customer returns.
7) PPAP review in NPD and CM project (MAKE site takes lead on PPAP preparation).
8) Interfaces with customer for customer portal management, 8D, PPAP, APQP information.
9) Manages customer specific requirements and summarizes them for MAKE.
10) Warranty (field) performance analysis and trending.
11) Customer scorecard tracking.
12) Leads and participates in PQST meetings.
13) Takes the lead ship for customer audit.
QUALIFICATION
1) B.S. Degree or above.
2) At least 5 Years of related working experience.
3) Excellent experience in process quality control.
4) Expertise in 8D, PPAP, APQP and QC tools preferred.
5) Working knowledge of global quality systems (ISO9001, TS16949, and VDA etc).
6) Good judgment, logical thinking and communication skill.
7) Ability to lead a team during a critical customer issue.
8) Skill for Microsoft office software.
9) Automotive experience preferred.
10) Global working experience preferred.
11) 6 Sigma Green Belt preferred.
12) Ability to travel flexibly (domestic & international).
13) Good English and Korean language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
