◆Provide on-site assistance to the three CJV’s to resolve any manufacturing issues related to machine, tooling, method and process.
◆Review and provide advice to engineers in both US and CJV’s on manufacturability during product/prototype development.

◆Bachelor Degree in manufacturing, industrial or mechanical engineering.
◆Over 8 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering/production of metal parts (heat exchanger is an advantage) in automotive industry.
◆Demonstrated knowledge and experience with production equipment and tooling such as die stamping, tube end-forming machine, and arc welding. Vacuum brazing or FAB furnace a plus.
◆Native Chinese with good command of oral and written English.
◆Frequent traveling among CJV’s located in Ningbo and Tiantai in Zhejiang province, Nantong in Jiangsu province.
◆Strong analytical skills.
◆Shown ability to work with teams to solve problems.
◆Effective communication, and presentation skills.
