[招聘] Sr.AQE(SPE) Employment information

Key Responsibilities
-   Work closely with Purchasing, ENG and QA during the supplier selection for new project/products
-   Responsible for process audit of new components in supplier
-   Responsible for quality of components in ESB/EB/QB/PR during the development stage and responsible for documentation from supplier
-   Work closely with ENG, Purchasing, Tooling Group, Quality, OPM during the approval process of new samples and new components for NPD projects before Mass production
-   Work with suppliers on continual improvement of components before Mass production to secure smooth Mass production run
-   Work with ENG to eliminate issues with drawings and specifications in drawings
-   Direct responsibility for quality of components before Mass production (ESB/EB/QB/PR)
-   Lead corrective action and preventive action in case on non-confirm components in ESB/EB/QB/PR stage
-   Work on good relationship with our supplier
-   Analyze supplier documentation to make sure supplier will fulfill Milwaukee requirement (Quality control plan, GR&R, Capability study, PFMEA, Flow chart…)
-   Work to solve daily quality issues of components in NPD stage
Person Specifications
·         Educational background: Bachelor Degree in Quality or Engineering
·         More than three years’ experience in Quality areas or engineering – automotive advantage
·         Supplier quality management advantage  
·         Good spoken and written English.
·         Have good communication skills and can work under pressure
·         Familiar with the Quality Theories/Skills/Techniques
·         With the experience of working in the factory at the manger level is preferred
·         Analytic thinking and systematic
·         Loyality
Leadership Competencies Required
·         Aggressive, result orientated, can drive the suppliers & internal cross functional depts. for what the need
·         Able to work independent
·         Team working  
·         Negotiation and Bargaining Skills
·         Strong leadership
·         Communication skills
Ability to travel and visit suppliers
Functional Competencies required: Strong Quality Knowledge & Techniques such as PMEA/SPC/CTQ/8D/Six Sigma, etc. (Detailed):
-   Experience with a control plan
-   Basic knowledge about measurement methods (caliper, CMM, surface finish measurement…)
-   Knowledge about GR&R, SPC (Cp&Cpk, Pp&Ppk), Pre-control chart,
-   Knowledge about basic quality tools
                                                      Process flow diagram
                                                      Pareto chart
                                                      Histogram
                                                      Regulation chart
                                                      Ishikawa diagram
-   Knowledge about PFMEA
-   Knowledge about corrective and preventive action process ( X-D process)
-   Knowledge about process and product audit
Strong Communication SkillBasic Knowledge about machining parts and machining process as well as tooling processAble to read technical documentations and drawingsKnowledge about PPAP processKnowledge to use Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Relationship: Internal & External
Taking the lead in all quality affairs for the assigned products, to with cross departments including operations, engineering and quality, etc. internally and to work with the suppliers and the oversea offices
