和上级沟通也罢,相处也罢,心中一定要树立一个理念:

要知道谁是大小王。很多下级和领导熟悉后,就容易犯没大没小的毛病,直到被领导疏远后,才知道错了

一是绝对服从,这是对领导权力的尊重,是最大的规矩;
二是对领导要给足面子,你不给足领导面子,你就没有面子,尤其是在公开场合,保护领导的面子是很重要的事;
三是摆正位置,分清主次,领导喜欢听职务,忌讳名字,领导习惯应该被尊重;
四是必须尊重公司的制度和企业文化;
五是记住如下章法:心里要有上有下,要有礼有节、不卑不亢,不要恃才傲物、忘乎所以,既要走近领导,也要注意距离

领导也是人啊,人都有情感,有情感就需要关心和温暖。
上班时,严格遵守制度和干好本职工作是你的本分;下班后,你和领导就是平级了,你们之间可以正常交往。比如领导过生日,你可以送上祝福;领导生病了,你可以去病房看看;领导的事业受到挫折,你可以去安慰安慰。久而久之,你和领导就会产生感情,有了感情,彼此就会心生好感。
